The purpose of this group was the development of new military solutions and hardware for sale to the highest bidder, regardless of political elegance or intended application. With the fall of the Berlin wall and the end of the cold war, our place in the world of military R+D seemed tenable.
Therein began the inevitable power struggle at executive level. members sought to protect their personal investments and reputations as the company began its unstoppable journey into meltdown. however all is not lost, the remnants of the art of war group still survive.
